About Us

Owner/Operator John Rettew is a 54 year old father of two with over 18 years experience with Personal Computers. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature and a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest, he may seem like an unlikely "Computer Geek", but in fact he wears the title proudly.

John is a specialist in getting the best out of new and older machines. Before going "free-lance" he owned a retail PC store in Greensboro, that specialized in buying and selling of used computer hardware. He left that store behind, but not the valuable experience he gained there. Experience he is eager to use to help you. 

One of his strongest assets as your personal computer consultant, is his ability to talk to real, everyday computer users.  John has come to learn his trade as an end user, and relates well to the end user's perspective. Whether it's repair, troubleshooting, or getting the most out of your computer investment with networking and upgrades, he will always listen carefully, never condescend, and render honest, cost effective solutions.
